Return Process

Our team will review your request and, since coffee is a perishable food item, determine if a return shipment or a direct refund is required.

If a return is requested for non-perishable gear or unopened coffee, use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the items back to our facility.
- 4.Receive Refund
